1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "g999" or "the Platform" refers to the online entertainment service accessible at g999.bio, including all products, features, and services offered thereon.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses g999.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on g999.
• "Wallet" refers to the internal credit balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
• "Services" refers to all products and features available on g999, including but not limited to sports betting, casino games, slots, and fishing arcade titles.
• "Terms" refers to these Terms & Conditions, as amended from time to time.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing g999, creating an Account, or using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use g999.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and g999. They apply in addition to any specific rules, policies, or guidelines referenced herein, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible to use g999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. g999 is strictly prohibited for use by individuals under 18.

• You must not be an employee, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or director of g999 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from g999 or have an Account that has been permanently suspended.

g999 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements will result in Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance derived from ineligible use.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Services, you must create a single Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to maintain and promptly update your Account information to ensure it remains accurate.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on g999. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether using different names, contact details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If g999 identifies multiple Accounts belonging to the same individual, all such Accounts may be suspended and balances forfeited.

4.3 Identity Verification

g999 may require identity verification at any stage, including during registration, before processing withdrawals, or when suspicious activity is detected. Requested documents may include a Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable time may result in Account restrictions.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password for your g999 Account and not reuse it across other services.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Notify g999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

g999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Deposits to your g999 Wallet are accepted via supported payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, USDT TRC20, and Skrill. Minimum deposit amounts vary by method and are displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit where possible. g999 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are displayed within the Wallet section of your Account. g999 targets withdrawal processing within the timelines displayed but does not guarantee specific processing times for bank transfer routes.

6.3 Currency

All Wallet balances and transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). g999 does not charge currency conversion fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees for cross-currency transactions where applicable.

6.4 No Interest

g999 does not pay interest on Wallet balances at any time.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and gaming activity on g999 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product, as displayed within the relevant section of the Platform. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that product.

• Bets are final once confirmed. g999 does not accept cancellation requests after a bet is placed and confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical error or system fault during a live casino round or sports event, g999 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the original stake.
• g999 reserves the right to limit bet sizes, restrict market access, or decline bets from any Player at its sole discretion.
• Obvious errors in odds, prices, or game outcomes — including pricing errors caused by data feed failures — may be corrected retroactively, and affected bets may be voided or re-settled at the correct price.

8. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, g999 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. General principles applicable to all g999 bonuses include:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be transferred between Accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible products are specified per promotion.
• g999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of promotions — including but not limited to exploitation through multiple Accounts, collusion, or systematic low-risk wagering to extract bonus value — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on g999:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Collusion with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal or unlawful activity conducted through the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party information during registration or verification.
• Creating multiple Accounts or accessing the Platform using another person's Account.
• Any action intended to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or Platform systems.
• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on g999 — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and trade marks — is the property of g999 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without express written consent from g999.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• g999 provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• g999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, or service interruptions.
• g999's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

g999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or forfeit any associated balance, if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms.
• g999 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• You fail to complete identity verification when requested.
• You engage in any conduct that damages or could damage the reputation or operations of g999.

13. Dormant Accounts

An Account will be considered dormant if there has been no login or betting activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. g999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts, as specified in the Platform's current fee schedule. g999 will attempt to notify you by SMS or email before applying dormancy fees. To reactivate a dormant Account, simply log in and complete any required verification steps.

14. Responsible Gaming

g999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for adult entertainment only, and g999 actively encourages all Players to:

• Set personal deposit limits, session time reminders, and loss limits available within Account Settings.
• Use the self-exclusion tool if gambling is negatively affecting your life — temporary exclusions of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanent exclusion, are all available.
• Seek professional assistance if gambling behaviour becomes problematic.

Self-exclusion requests are processed by g999 support and take effect within 24 hours of confirmation. 15. Amendments to Terms

g999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via SMS or email notification, or by a prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of g999 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international laws governing online gaming operations. By using g999, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to understand and comply with the laws applicable in Pakistan and in your local jurisdiction with respect to online gaming and betting. g999 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
